Rules and Regulations

Keeping in view the aims and aspiration of R. B. College of Pharmacy certain rules and regulation have been formed to be strictly followed by trainees. These rules have been formulated not to bind the trainees within the premises but to make them understand the value and standard of discipline which when followed meticulously by trainees, help then to emerge into more determined, matured and knowledgeable individual. A full hatred support from our trainees and guardian are thus solicited.
  • Students shall strictly comply with the rules and regulation of the college from time to time relating to their students examination conduct and discipline.
  • The students who secure admission on the basis of false certificate/ mark sheet or on the basis of any misrepresentation of acts or illegal means, shall be summarily cancelled and all fees paid by him/her shall be forfeited Legal Action also taken against them.
  • Candidates are required to enclose along with their application, the affidavit in before a Notary Public starting all information given by them is true.
  • Application accompanied with requisite documents/enclosure received after the last date shall be summarily rejected.
  • No refund of fees will be made on withdrawal of admission under any circumstances.
  • In case the candidate fails to submit the required document admission shall be treated as cancelled and no request for refund of fees will be entertained under any circumstances.
  • In the applicant is employed, employers no objection certificate with proof of one year leave submitted during the time of admission.
  • Trainees can avail R.B. College of Pharmacy facilities only after the course commences and only till the course is completed.
  • Trainees are liable to security check on only or exit from the college premises.
  • B. College of Pharmacy College in not responsible any loss of belonging left un-attended by the trainees at the college premises.
  • Intake of any sort of intoxicating is strictly prohibited. Chewing of Pan/Gutka/Chewing Gum is also prohibited.
  • A trainee has to ensure 80% attendance for attaining eligibility for appearing at the university examination.
  • A medical certificate will be required if there are more than three days consecutive owing to illness.
  • The R.B. College of Pharmacy properties have to be handled with care. Any damage or pilferage coursed to all R.B. College of Pharmacy properties by any trainee will be appropriately for all educated from deducted from the caution Deposit Money.
  • Trainees should strictly adhere to instruction regarding entry/ Exit regulations, parking vehicles etc.
  • Ragging is banned in R. B. College of Pharmacy and any one indulging in ragging process likely to punish accordingly.
  • All students must have short and properly groomed hair, clean and well trimmed nails. They should attend classes every day with a clean shave and polished shoe.
  • Female trainees must have properly groomed hair, clean and well trimmed nails, without nail police, perfumes should not be used while attending theory or practical classes.
  • During class hours warning the college identify card is compulsory.
  • These rules come into effect immediately and equally apply and all trainees of R.B. College of Pharmacy.
  • B. College of Pharmacy hold introduce, alter amend or charge any or all the rules from to time found necessary.
  • Interpretation of these rules will always be made by the designated person of R.B. College of Pharmacy and shall be final and binding to all trainees.
  • The Classes will be completed in four semester in two years that is two semester per year.
